Returns & Exchanges // Cancelations
For a Refund once your item is received you have two business days to send the item back to us.
- We refund the amount of the item only.
- we do not refund the shipping costs as we have already used the shipping cost to send the item to you.
- After the two business days have passed we will not be able to give you a refund we would only be able to make an exception to give a store credit or do an exchange at that point. And if you send back the item trying to force a refund after our two business day policy we will either send the item back, credit you a store credit, or only give you 50% of the items amount back.
For an Exchange once your item is received you have two business days to send the item back to us to process your Exchange however if you are unsure of what you want to Exchange your item for we can give the customer a store credit in the mean time. But the customer still needs to send back the item within that time frame.
For Cancelations If we have already started the process for your order, There will be a 10% Cancelation fee due to the inconvenience of us taking the item out of our inventory for a potential customer who changes their mind last minute when we could of potentially have sold it to a serious buyer.
